In this hands-on homeschool class, students will explore the traditional art of straw weaving while learning how cultures throughout history used natural materials to create everyday items like hats, baskets, and tools.
Students will practice basic weaving techniques, create their own woven piece to take home, and discover how simple materials were transformed into beautiful and functional designs.
This class builds fine motor skills, pattern recognition, and historical understanding in a relaxed, creative environment. All materials included.
