Join us each Friday in August for a fun, hands-on art class designed especially for homeschool students! Every week we'll explore a new creative project while building artistic skills, confidence, and imagination. All supplies are included, and students will leave with a finished masterpiece to take home.
🎨 August 7 | Paper Portraits
Create a colorful self-portrait using layered construction paper. Students will practice cutting, arranging shapes, and adding personality through facial features, hairstyles, and clothing to create a one-of-a-kind artwork.
🌼 August 14 | Perler Bead Coasters
Design and create a custom Perler bead coaster! Students will learn pattern-building techniques while making a colorful coaster that's both decorative and functional.
🖼️ August 21 | Mosaic Frames
Design a beautiful mosaic picture frame using colorful tiles and decorative embellishments. Students will learn basic mosaic techniques while creating a keepsake ready to display a favorite photo.
🌸 August 28 | Faux Stained Glass
Create a stunning faux stained glass artwork using cardboard, hot glue, aluminum foil, and colorful markers. This unique project captures the look of stained glass while introducing students to texture, color, and mixed-media techniques.
